Policies

Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received on or before September 15 are eligible for a refund, less a $25 administrative processing fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 15, including for no-shows, partial attendance, or failure to attend the conference.

If the Wyoming Counseling Association must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a full refund of registration fees. The Association is not responsible for reimbursement of travel, lodging, or other incidental expenses incurred by attendees.

Registration substitutions are permitted through September 25. Requests for substitutions or cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the Wyoming Counseling Association.

By registering for the conference, attendees acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
Continuing Education (CE) Certificate Policy

The Wyoming Counseling Association (WCA) provides continuing education (CE) certificates for eligible participants who meet all conference attendance and evaluation requirements.

It is the responsibility of each licensed professional to accurately, ethically, and securely maintain their own continuing education records in accordance with the requirements of their licensing board or credentialing organization. WCA is not responsible for maintaining CE records on behalf of attendees or for providing replacement certificates indefinitely.

CE certificates will be available through your CE-Go account for a limited period. While CE-Go serves as a convenient repository, attendees should not rely on the platform as their permanent record-keeping system. We strongly encourage participants to download and save copies of all CE certificates immediately upon issuance and to maintain their own electronic and/or printed records for future licensure, certification, or audit purposes.

Questions regarding conference attendance or CE certificate issuance should be submitted to WCA within a reasonable timeframe following the conference.
