Joe Mireles is a provisionally licensed counselor in Wyoming whose work is grounded in a lifelong commitment to connection, resilience, and belonging. His clinical perspective is informed by more than two decades of experience supporting children, families, and communities through relationship-centered work in education, mentorship, and advocacy across Florida, California, and Wyoming.

Throughout his career in education, Joe developed and implemented programs focused on bullying prevention, support for at-risk youth, and creating more inclusive and connected school communities. He holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and recently completed his master’s degree in community mental health counseling at the University of Wyoming, integrating a systems-focused understanding of education with a humanistic, experiential approach to counseling.

Joe’s clinical interests include early childhood mental health, supporting children with significant emotional and behavioral needs, and helping couples strengthen their relationships through meaningful therapeutic work. He launched the Wyoming Mental Health Network (WY-MHN), a statewide initiative designed to foster connection, collaboration, and mutual support among mental health professionals.
