Rebecca Kuhbacher M.Ed. is an ADHD and Executive Function Coach, educator, speaker, and founder of 307 ADHD. A former National Board Certified Teacher and department head, she specializes in helping parents, adolescents, college students, and adults build practical systems that strengthen executive functioning, improve communication, and create lasting behavior change.
Drawing from thousands of hours of direct coaching, Rebecca translates complex concepts about ADHD, motivation, and executive functioning into practical strategies families can implement immediately. Her work helps families move beyond reactive correction by combining practical systems, accountability, and strengths-based strategies that foster connection, resilience, and lasting change.
Rebecca also draws on her own experience as a mother of four in an ADHD household. That perspective shapes how she works: combining the science of ADHD with each family's unique strengths, challenges, and capacity for change to create practical strategies they can implement immediately. She is driven to help families trade shame, overwhelm, and constant correction for connection, confidence, and strategies that actually fit the way the ADHD brain works.
